OUR ORCHARD IS LOCATED IN THE SCENIC VILLAGE OF HIGH FALLS, NEW YORK NEAR THE HUDSON RIVER. BELOW THE ENTRANCE FLOWS THE RONDOUT RIVER & ALL AROUND ARE BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAINS. WE HAVE BEEN CALLED "THE GARDEN SPOT OF ULSTER COUNTY".

You can pick from August until November. Do you like Mcintosh variety? Macs start in early September. Cortlands are super. The juicy flavor is crunchingly refreshing. Pears are finished by mid-September. September is surely my favorite apple month.

October is the month for Red Delicious; the old style ones that actually taste good. Also get our famous "Russet" Golden Delicious.

You can still pick Golden Delicious in November. A light frost won't hurt them. Unlike other orchards we specialize in not harvesting all the apples so that they are still in the trees for you!

You can find other varieties too --- mix them. There are also mystery apples, that just grew up by themselves. The orchard is just the size you like. We will show you where to go. Follow the blue barrels for a healthy invigorating apple hike.

When you arrive, check in at our rustic orchard stand. Pick pumpkins and maybe take a hayride, just down the road.

• Due to our climate, we cannot totally eliminate spraying.
• But we do use only a minimal amount of chemicals just so the apples grow O.K.
• NO-NADA-ZERO herbicides used in the soil
• They sure do have nature's flavor!
